User Problem
As event volume increased, the existing email-based process became increasingly inefficient:
Event planners manually consolidated hundreds of registration emails across multiple simultaneous events
Registration data had to be manually entered into Excel, leading to errors and inconsistencies
Follow-up communications were time-intensive and inconsistently branded
Key Decisions
Built a lightweight web-based system with structured data collection instead of continuing email-based workflows
Created reusable components and templates to accelerate setup across growing event volume while maintaining brand consistency
